Results Paragraph:
I researched three haircare brands: Shea Moisture, Carol’s Daughter, and Mizani. I checked their ingredients, packaging, and environmental claims. I focused on harmful chemicals like sulfates, silicones, and parabens. I wanted to see if their “natural” labels were real or just greenwashing. I also looked at how they market to Black women. I made an infographic comparing these brands and suggesting eco-friendly alternatives. I also looked at TikTok to see what Black women are using. As I Am and Camille Rose were recommended for being gentle, using fewer chemicals, and working well for textured hair.
Analysis Paragraph:
The plan worked. It got people talking. The infographic made it simple and clear. Instagram and TikTok were good platforms for quick feedback. Many didn’t realize that “natural” products still use harmful chemicals. My research helped fill that gap. TikTok showed what’s trending. People want eco-friendly products, but they also care about results. The reach was limited, mostly to my circle. Next time, I’d use hashtags or collaborate with influencers to reach more people. But I’m happy with the outcome. It got people thinking about the beauty industry. That’s a win.
